All consultation, training and coaching services offered by Theresia von Zadow are based on proven scientific methodology – not on ideology or quasi-religious beliefs. We clearly dissociate ourselves from organisations such as the Church of Scientology or related organisations and will refuse any collaboration with such organisations or businesses that are associated with these organisations.
We declare that Theresia von Zadow does not work according to any methodology (or management “technology”) established by L Ron Hubbard or any other methodology associated with Hubbard, but reject these methodologies unequivocally. We object to any approaches about training courses or seminars using L Ron Hubbard’s methodologies as their basis or deriving their content from his “technology” and will refuse to disseminate information on such courses through our company. We do not organise any training courses or seminars that are using the aforementioned “technologies” and do not cause anyone to organise or attend such courses. We do not knowingly maintain any business connections to persons, companies or organisations who advocate the introduction of L Ron Hubbard’s methodologies or “technology” or support the dissemination of these methodologies (“technologies”).
Severability Clause
If any of the above provisions shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, it is to be replaced by a valid provision that approximates the commercial purpose of the agreement and the presumed intent of the parties involved. The validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
